Guidance Real-Estate, is a significant part of many real

told not to make any big decisions. Buying or selling a home is always a big decision
and having to do that while dealing with an already stressful situation can
sometimes cause us to act in matters of convenience or ease rather than doing
what is best or even within our budgets.
Thibodeaux Reed recognizes that clients in these situations
may need time to vent and may need help staying true to their actual goals,
which could range from remining in the same school district for the sake of the
kids, staying near family and friends for a true support system, or even
staying on budget and not falling in love with something that could make this
stressful situation worse in the long run. These are just a few examples of the
things we pay special attention to ensure that you are getting exactly what you
need at the time you need it most.
Buyer's Agent:
Buyers do need real-estate agents, you need someone who is watching out for your needs and not the needs of the sellers. Buyers do not pay for an agent, this is a free service for a buyer. We pride ourselves on making sure that our buyers find what they truly want and need. This is not HGTV, it wont happen overnight, but it will happen.
Listing Agent:
Often sellers believe that the sign in the yard is the most important thing about selling their house, they feel they need to be with a "big firm." The truth is, no buyer has ever asked to see house based on who has it listed, in fact most times they have no clue. Contrary to popular belief, homes don't sell faster with one company or another. The truth is it has nothing to do with the company, homes sell or don't sell for lots of reasons. Pricing a house right and marketing correctly is a major factor.
